The CambiatiClean take on tartar sauce is flavorful and delivers a nice amount of fiber from the artichoke hearts. This goes a long way; you may want to halve the recipe.

Ingredients
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp water*
black pepper
Preparation:
Blend artichokes, garlic and cumin in a food processor. Add water until you reach desired consistency (~2 tsp).
Portions:
As a garnish to crab cakes, 1-2 TBS or more for men and athletes. Or eat with crudites, as a salad or veggie topping, or roll some in nori.
*To increase fat content, use olive oil instead of water.
