Cindy’s love affair with food started at a young age; many of her photos and videos from her childhood feature her joy-filled while eating. This early passion for food eventually sparked a curiosity about its impact on health. As she delved deeper into the connection between what we eat and how we feel, her interest only grew stronger. After earning her certification as a health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Cindy decided to take things further by pursuing a master’s degree in nutrition and becoming a registered dietitian nutritionist. Over the years, she’s had the opportunity to work with diverse clients, including refugees, seniors in retirement homes, and new moms. Her expertise spans a wide range of services, from identifying food sensitivities to managing autoimmune conditions, supporting weight loss, and helping with diabetes, infertility, and brain health (such as mood disorders, ADD, anxiety, and depression). With a background in journalism (and a secret love for Dateline mysteries!), Cindy loves engaging with her clients to explore their health challenges and find answers together. She combines her personal experiences with functional and integrative nutrition to uncover the root causes behind health issues and symptoms. When she’s not deep into nutrition, you’ll find her spending time with her dog Finley, exploring local events, hiking, foraging at farmers markets, reading, cooking up new recipes, or trying out a new hobby of the week!
