Ingredients:
1 Pound of trimmed green beans (fresh or frozen)
3 cloves minced garlic
1 TBSP butter flavored coconut oil (We Like Nutiva)
Half a lemon (optional)
Salt + pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Place green beans into a large pan and cover the beans completely with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook beans until they are soft and flexible.
2. Drain water and add butter flavored coconut oil to the pan. Stir and cook until beans are coated.
3. Add garlic and stir, coating evenly until garlic is fragrant.
4. Season with Salt and pepper and add a squeeze of lemon (Optional)
