We tried Nancy’s Oat Milk yogurt and decided that though it’s a pretty CambiatiClean and plant-based option. It’s a bit tangy with a few lumps (a nod toward cottage cheese), so it would be best not eaten plain but added to dishes like spicy curry or to top a soup. The neutral flavor would also make a nice base for goodies like protein powder, nuts and berries, cinnamon and a dash of vanilla extract for a little CambiatiClean parfait. It’s lower in fat than traditional dairy and contains probiotics, which are great for your gut, so it can make a nice addition to a shake for some added creaminess and health benefits.
