1 head of cauliflower, (cut into florets)
2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
1 Tbsp. Turmeric (powder)
1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. sea salt
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium sized bowl mix the cauliflower florets with the melted coconut oil until the florets are gently coated with oil. Sprinkle on the seasonings: turmeric, nutritional yeast, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Lay the cauliflower out on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the tips are turning golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve. This keeps in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
