Learn Your Food Triggers
Food Sensitivity Testing
We now have the technology to get to the bottom of your life-hindering symptoms and get you back to feeling your best. Millions of Americans are suffering from food sensitivities that cause conditions like irritable bowel syndrome, acid reflux, skin issues, brain fog, fatigue, bloating, and much more. Medications for these symptoms provide relief but don’t solve the underlying problem. By doing a Mediator Release Test (MRT), you will uncover the underlying food sensitives that are contributing to your health problems. The MRT test is the most comprehensive blood test available for food reactions or intolerances. The test analyzes foods and food-chemicals that could be triggering your symptoms. Some food sensitivities have delayed symptoms or “silent symptoms,” making them very difficult to uncover.

What Does the Food Intolerance Test Measure?
Foods that most people believe to be healthy such as salmon, garlic, tomatoes, chicken, and apples could aggravate symptoms in some individuals. MRT (Mediator Release Testing) measures changes in the liquids to solids ratio of your blood after you’ve been exposed food chemicals and accounts for all reactions by your immune cells. The test lists foods as “non-reactive”, “moderately reactive”, and “reactive” listing the foods that are best for you and which foods to avoid. Once you eliminate these trigger foods, your body will begin to heal, and you will restore your health. Our food sensitivity test provides a natural, drug free way to support an individual’s health.

I Don’t Notice A Reaction to Foods, So I Must Not Have Any Food Sensitivities, Right?
Food sensitivities tend to be chronic, frequent, and are extremely difficult to identify. Most medical tests can’t identify issues at the cellular level. In many cases, symptoms do not appear until 48-72 hours after consuming a problematic food. This makes it really hard to know which food was the reactive food. If you are not being incredibly diligent then you might never know what is causing your symptoms.
If you have followed our blueprinting process then you may have already identified foods that make you feel sick or cause symptoms and most people suspect that certain foods may be a problem, but are unaware what those foods (or food additives) are. And they might really surprise you. Foods that may seem perfectly healthy can cause major issue for some people. We have even seen foods like salmon and spinach be reactive for people!
While you can do lot of blueprinting, it is incredibly tedious and takes a lot of discipline. This is a great way to shortcut the process. That doesn’t mean that you don’t have to still follow a process, but it does mean that you can get a guide to speed up the process and to inspire you to take the next step toward feeling your best. If you suffer from migraines, fibromyalgia, IBS, or other health concerns, then our Food Sensitivity Testing program called MRT-LEAP may finally give you the answers and a solution to your problems. LEAP stands for Lifestyle, Eating, and Performance. The LEAP program uses a blood test and analysis called the Mediator Release Test (MRT) to identify hidden food intolerances or “trigger foods”. This blood test is more sophisticated than the other blood tests that you may have had (like the ELISA IgG).
Why Our Tests are Different
Why choose Mediator Release Testing (MRT) instead of a test you order online? Because, it works.
Many clients have come to us after spending money on an online test just to find that they didn’t get results. The Mediator Release Test (MRT) works differently. It looks at mediator responses (inflammatory markers) in the body versus antibodies, which helps relieve many mystery symptoms like diarrhea, constipation, bloating, abdominal pain, IBS, fatigue, fibromyalgia, chronic headaches and migraines, joint pain, and general inflammation.
Extensive research indicates that heightened mechanisms in food sensitivity, such as elevated food-specific IgG or immune complexes, lack consistent correlation with inflammation or symptoms. Clinically, the pivotal event causing negative effects in patients is mediator release. The crucial factor is the occurrence of mediator release, leading to an inflammatory response.
Each food sensitivity test has its unique focus and strengths, with variations in measurement techniques and reliability.
For instance, the ELISA test, a popular choice, measures food reactions in a different way. It gauges the color change in lymphocytes exposed to more than 400 different foods and chemicals. While comprehensive, the ELISA test lacks published studies on reliability and validity and doesn’t address mediator release, a crucial underlying cause of food sensitivity reactions.
The ALCAT test, akin to the MRT test, measures endpoint changes in white blood cell volume before and after exposure, taking mediator release into consideration. Although relatively accurate (86% accuracy), the ALCAT test uses older technology, has not been updated since the 1990s, and exhibits lower split-sample reproducibility than the MRT test.
The MRT test stands out as a cutting-edge and holistic option among food sensitivity tests. It boasts a 93.6% split sample reproducibility and a 94.5% sensitivity compared to other common tests.
