WheyCool is a great-tasting, high protein, low carbohydrate functional food powder featuring whey protein sourced from the milk of cows that graze on pesticide-free, non-GMO grass pastures in New Zealand. Instantized with sunflower lecithin (non-GMO), WheyCool dissolves easily in water and prevents foaming during blending. This whey protein is produced using a unique low temperature drying and filteration method. The vast majority of whey proteins available use high heat pasteurization. High heat does irreversible damage to the majority of the components of milk and may cause intolerance even in individuals who have no history of milk allergies.
