1 cup unsweetened nut milk, (I used cashew milk, but almond milk would also work)
1- 1 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1/2 cup of unsweetened pumpkin purée
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 serving protein powder (I used the DFH whole body collagen)
1 TSP walnuts

Blend and enjoy.
