But did you know you can easily replicate this dreamy consistency without all the dairy and unhealthy fats?! By adding a creamy element to your dish, you can take your meal to the next level. Plant based cream will not only make your dish taste more delicious, but fill your body with nutritious goodness.

  1. In a bowl add the cashews, cover with water and soak for 3 hours until they’re soft
  2. Drain and rinse cashews
  3. In a food processor or high power blender, add soaked cashews, water, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice and salt
  4. Process until very smooth
  5. If it is too thick, add some water or a few tbs of your favorite plant based milk
  6. Store in your fridge for a few days or store in the freezer
