Strawberry Cucumber Mint Shake
Cucumber is a great addition to any shake, and this combination of strawberry, cucumber and mint is just awesome. It also reminds us of fresh, delicious spa water!

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup organic strawberries
- 1/2 cup organic Persian cucumber
- 2 leaves fresh organic mint
- 2 scoops PaleoMeal-DF Vanilla
- 1-2 tsp PaleoFiber
- 4 oz water
- 1/4 cup BPA free canned coconut milk
- 3 ice cubes (optional)
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in blender and liquefy for 30 seconds (or to desired consistency). Add additional non-starchy veggies as desired: more cucumber, zucchini, kale, spinach – all would be great!
