Recipe By: Alison Clayshulte Nutritionist 1 cup unsweetened nut milk, (I used cashew milk, but almond milk would also work)1- 1 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower1/2 cup of unsweetened pumpkin purée1 tsp vanilla1 tsp pumpkin spice1 serving Whatever it Shakes protein powder1 TSP walnuts Blend and enjoy.
